AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE <br />CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />WITH <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ~ day of August, 1991 between the City of Ramsey, <br />hereinafter referred to as "City", and Lord of Life Lutheran Church, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Church". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Church has requested permission to use the Council Chambers of the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center Sundays between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon from September 8, 1991 <br />through May 1992 for Adult Forum and Discovery classes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Church and the City <br />entering into an agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and <br />conditions hereinafter contained, <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That Church agrees that their use of the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />will be on Sundays (8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon) from September 8, 1991 through May 1992. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Church shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City <br />in their limits of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center. General liability coverage must be in an amount no less than <br />$600,000.00. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />That Church agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use <br />of the Council Chambers during Church's scheduled times, then the Church shall make <br />other arrangements.
