Typically, the complaint seems to be that there has <br />been arbitrary enforcement. Attached for your review is a two-page flow chart describing how <br />City Staff intends to pursue nuisance abatement from this point forward. You will note that we <br />will continue to investigate citizen complaints but do not intend to initiate a pro-active position at <br />this time.
