These requirements shall survive closeout of the grant agreement. <br /> <br />REPORTING AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />5.01 Timing and Form of Reports. During the Grant Period, the Grantee shall provide <br />the Council with three (3) Annual Reports regarding project activities, due one, two, and <br />three years from the date of execution of this agreement. The Grantee shall also submit a <br />Final Narrative Report discussing results of the project, due no later than two (2) months <br />after the end of the Project Activity Period. The Grantee shall submit the Annual <br />Reports on forms provided by the Council. The Grantee agrees to report completely and <br />to provide the Council with any additional or follow-up information as may be requested <br />by Council staff. <br /> <br />5.02 Copies. The Grantee agrees to provide copies of the reports specified in paragraph <br />5.01 to organizations and individuals upon request during the Grant Period. <br /> <br />5.03 Other Monitoring Activities. To assist thc Council in monitoring compliance with <br />the grant agreement, the Grantee agrees to attend Grantee meetings as requested by <br />Council staff and to permit site visits by Council staff, during business hours, upon <br />reasonable notice. The Grantee agrees to submit to the Council a cop3' of any <br />promotional information regarding the grant project disseminated by the Grantee during <br />the Grant Period. <br /> <br />5.04 Changed Conditions. The Grantee agrees to notify the Council immediately of any <br />change in conditions, local law, or any other event that may affect the Grantee's ability to <br />perform the grant project in accordance with the terms of this agreement. <br /> <br />FIMING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />6,01 Project Activity Period. The Grantee agrees to place the machinery or equipment <br />acquired into use for landfill abatement or detoxification purposes within three (3) months <br />after final execution of this agreement. The Grantee further agrees to continue to use the <br />machinery or equipment for at least three (3) years following the execution of this <br />agreement (the "Project Activity Period'). The Grantee agrees to conduct the work <br />program activities described in Appendix A before the end of the Project Activity Period. <br />The Council will not reimburse the Grantee for any project activities taking place before <br />this grant was awarded by the Council or after the end of the Project Activity Period. <br />However, the Council encourages the Grantee to continue to use the machinery or <br />equipment for landfill abatement or detoxSfication activities beyond the Project Activity <br />Period. <br /> <br />6.02 Grant Period, The Grant Period shall extend from the date of final execution of <br />this agreement to a date three (3) months following the end of the Project Activity <br />Period. <br /> <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />7.01 Amendments. The terms of this agreement may be changed by mutual agreement of <br />the parties. Such changes shall be effective only upon the execution of written <br />amendments signed by authorized representatives of the Council and the Grantee. <br /> <br /> <br />
