Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ggl-08- RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GRADING AND EXCAVATING FOR GLENN REHBEIN EXCAVATING, INC. AND NORTHFORK, INC. WHEREAS, on April 28, 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to L&G Rehbein, Inc. and Northfork, Inc. for the grading and excavating of fill in the Northfork P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, that permit had no set completion date and was to remain in effect as long as permit conditions were met; and WHEREAS, the City has revised City Code sections on mining and grading; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the proposed conditional use permit by motion at its April 23, 1991 meeting; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the revised mining and grading ordinance, Glenn Rehbein and Northfork, Inc. have requested that the 1987 permit be re-issued to meet the requirements of the current ordinance. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. and Northfork Inc. for the issuance of the conditional use permit for the grading and excavating in Northfork, P.U.D. 2) That said conditional use permit will expire on July 31, 1992 and with all restoration completed by September 30, 1992. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council., on this the 13th day of August, 1991.
