I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />MIKE SJOQUIST <br />7520 149TH AVENUE N.W. <br />PIN 28-32-25-12-0006 <br /> <br />On , 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Mike Sjoquist CPermittee") to consmact a 1,600 square foot woodworking shop <br />("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the one (1) sheet <br />set of plans prepared by John Skujins and dated May 28, 1991. Said plans are attached <br />hereto as Exhbit "A". <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE, The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (I) sheet dated May <br />31, 1991, prepared by Caine & Associates, and is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". The <br />("Site Plan"). <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Concrete or bituminous driveway <br />Site grading; <br />Landscaping (sod or seed); <br />Screening to consist of 3 rows of coniferous trees at no minimum height; <br />Fire lanes. <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief.. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect <br />light away from 149th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />SIGNS. Signs erected on the property shall be in conformance with the covenants for <br />Pineview Estates 2nd Addition Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> <br />
