PIN 28-32-25-12-0006 On , 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Mike Sjoquist CPermittee") to consmact a 1,600 square foot woodworking shop ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 1, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota The ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the one (1) sheet set of plans prepared by John Skujins and dated May 28, 1991. Said plans are attached hereto as Exhbit "A". STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE, The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (I) sheet dated May 31, 1991, prepared by Caine & Associates, and is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". The ("Site Plan"). o REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: ao Concrete or bituminous driveway Site grading; Landscaping (sod or seed); Screening to consist of 3 rows of coniferous trees at no minimum height; Fire lanes. The ("Required Improvements)". o FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief.. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect light away from 149th Avenue N.W. SIGNS. Signs erected on the property shall be in conformance with the covenants for Pineview Estates 2nd Addition Planned Unit Development.
