Sauer, President <br />Commercial Asphalt Company <br />10633 89th Avenue North <br />Maple Grove, MN 55369 <br /> <br />Re: Conditional Use Permit - Extension of Hours of Operation <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Sauer: <br /> <br />On August 20, 1991, Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik received a verbal request <br />from your Executive Vice President, Galen Ghylin for an extension of hours on <br />August 21. Mr. Ghylin stated that the reason for the extension was to supply the <br />asphalt mix in a timely manner for the improvements to the runway at Anoka <br />County Airport. <br /> <br />The City did grant an extension of hours in accordance with the Conditional Use <br />Permit in May and our files indicate no resulting problems or complaints. <br />However, we did receive a police incident report for August 19, 1991 that indicated <br />operations were being conducted at 5:20 a.m. I must remind you that your <br />conditional use permit limits hours of operation from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If this <br />is not workable, then you should make arrangements with Zoning Administrator <br />Sylvia Frolik to seek an amendment to the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />I am hereby authorizing the extension of hours on August 21, 1991 to a 24 <br />operation on that day only. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
