Also enclosed is a proposed resolution, passage of <br />which allows for reimbursement to the City of expenditures incurred to date and to be incurred as <br />scheduled for reimbursement by future bond issue, as well as documents prepared by Holmes and <br />Graven explaining the intent of this resolution. I have also enclosed reference lists from the three <br />engineering firms of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Maier Stewart and Associates, and <br />McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates from which we are considering awarding the engineering <br />contract for the Wood Pond projects. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to authorize/not authorize the City Administrator to enter into an engineering contract for <br />services related to the Wood Pond projects with the firm of <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />Motion to adopt/not adopt Resolution g91-08- declaring the official intent of the City of <br />Ramsey to reimburse certain expenditures from the proceeds of taxable or tax-exempt bonds to be <br />issued by the City. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />CC:08/27/91 <br /> <br />3'O <br /> <br /> <br />
