Enclosed is a copy of the minutes relative <br />to the discussion held that evening. <br /> <br />The City .zoning staff has been directed to make routine <br />inspeutions of the City .checking for violations of City <br />laws. It was noted on June 10, 1977, you had 11 cars on <br />your property; and we have been informed that this has <br />been the situation for at least the last month and 1/2. <br /> <br />Again, we remind .you 'that it is unlawf~t for you to have <br />more than ~ne.'unlicensed.vehicle which would constitute <br />a "junk yard". Refer to Ordinan. ce #73-5, Section 6.13 <br />YUNK YARDS, which we have also enclosed. A "junk yard" <br />is not a permitted use in a residentially zoned area.. <br /> <br />It is also u~lawful 'fOr You to have more than a total of <br />five licensed oars at a time on your property as explained <br />to you by Attorney Goodrich on the night of September 27, <br />1976. <br /> <br />Please take heed of this letter and remove the cars which <br />are donstituting & violation of law by June 27, 1977.
