Within my <br />letter of August 27, I provided you until September 30, 1991 to remove the nine auto hulks and <br />bodies found on the eastern-most portion of your property. On September 17, 1991, I again drove <br />by ),our property and noted that not one of the vehicles addressed in my August 27 letter have been <br />removed in any way, shape or form. Therefore, I have placed the removal of this blighting <br />condition on the September 24, 1991 City Council meeting which convenes at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Ramsey City Halt Council Chambers located at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., in Ramsey. It <br />is my intent, pursuant to the attached Council agenda, to receive authorization of the City Council <br />to abate this nuisance effective October 1, 1991. <br /> <br />At the above named meeting, Staff will be requesting that Council continue to provide you through <br />September 30, 1991 in order to effectively remove the nine vehicles in question. Staff will also be <br />recommending that you be provided with an opportunity to respond to the concerns expressed by <br />staff regarding the blighting condition of the vehicles on your property.
