CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK POINT ADDITION; <br />CASE OF NORTH FORK, INC., DENNIS PECK <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Dennis Peck is requesting final plat approval of Northfork Point Addition. The plat consists of 60 <br />acres proposed to be subdivided into two outlots and 20 single family rural residential lots. Ouflots <br />A and B are proposed to be conveyed to the Homeowners Association as common open space. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed final plat <br />City Staff review letter dated September 18, 1991 <br />Proposed development agreement <br />Proposed resolution granting final plat approval <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On April 25, 1991, the City received an application for North Fork, Inc. for'the plat of Northfork <br />Point Addition. <br /> <br />On May 7, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended City Council approval of the preliminary plat with a variance to name the street <br />something other than "Yak" as required in the City's grid pattern. <br /> <br />On May 28, 1991, the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork Point <br />Addition in accordance with the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Northfork Point Addition is subject to the Northfork Park Dedication Agreement Addendum dated <br />May 9, 1989, and therefore does not require a review by the Ramsey Park and Recreation <br />Commission. In accordance with that agreement, the area to be planed as Northfork Point is not <br />subject to any park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />On August 19, the City received a request for final plat approval of Northfork Point Addition. <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends final plat approval of Nortlffork Point Addition. <br /> <br /> Council Action: <br /> <br /> Motion to: <br /> Adopt Resolution ~91-09- <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />CC: 9/24/91 <br /> <br />granting final plat approval to Northfork Point Addition. <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />City Attorney <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
