DEVELOPER shall restore all disturbed street right-of-way areas, <br />including ditches, grading, backslopcs and establish turf by seeding of the ditch <br />areas. Said restoration to include such additional items as thc City Engineer may <br />direct. <br /> <br />Street~raffic Signs, Street Cleaning and Seal Coatine. The CITY will <br />install in the Plat, as Stage II Improvements street/traffic signs, street cleaning and <br />street seal coating. DEVELOPER will pay to the CITY an amount equal to 100% <br />of the City Engineer's estimated consu'uction cost of these items prior to recording <br />of the final Plat. The cost of these items is as follows: <br /> <br />Street Signs $ 100.00 <br />Street Cleaning $ 300.00 <br />Traffic Signs $ 200.00 <br />Seal Coating $5,700.00 <br /> <br />Total: $6,300.00 <br /> <br /> IV. <br />PERMITS AND OCCUPANCY: <br /> <br />Other Permits. The DEVELOPER shall provide to the CITY a copy of all <br />required land development/environmental permit(s) and permit requirements from <br />all other governmental agencies including U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Requirements for Building .permits. No building permit for any lot in the <br />Plat shall be issued until (a) vehicular access to the lot is provided including the <br />installation of Class V material on all streets in the Plat; (b) site plan approval is <br />granted by the CITY and any additional expense incurred in giving site plan <br />approval has been reimbursed to the CITY; (c) a Certificate of Survey including <br />that information required by the CITY has been supplied to the Building Official, <br />and the financial guarantees required by paragraphs six (6) and twelve (12) above <br />have been satisfied. <br /> <br />Filling Requirements For Lots I. 2. 3, and 4 of Block 2, In order to <br />safeguard the soil conditions on the above lots for on-site sanitary wastewater <br />disposal systems, the DEVELOPER agrees to follow the recommendations of Jon <br />M. Christensen, MPCA Certification No. 877, dated 6/23/91. These <br />recommendations are as follows: 1) All surface vegetation shall be removed prior <br />to filling. 2) All stripping and filling shall be performed using a wide track dozer <br />to avoid soil compaction. 3) Fill soils shall be fine sand classification. 4) Soils <br />shall be allowed to stabilize for a minimum of six (6) months before issuing a <br />building permit. 5) City Officials shall verify compliance with all of the above <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION: <br /> <br />Park Dedication. Park Dedication shall be in accordance with the Northfork <br />Park Dedication Agreement Addendum dated May 9, 1989.
