Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-09- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WINDEMERE WOODS ADDITION WHEREAS, Allen Koenig and Kevin Leonard, hereafter referred to as "Developers" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except the South 200 feet of the East 200 feet and the South 250 feet of the West 250 feet thereof. AND WHEREAS, on September 1, 1988, the City received application and sketch plan from Hoffman Properties/Dick Carson, Chateau Construction for Windemere Woods Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 8, 1988 and conducted the public hearing for Windemere Woods Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 19, 1988 and recommended preliminary plat approval of Windemere Woods Addition based on the Engineer's Review dated September 8, 1988 and further review of the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 25, 1989, and adopted Findings of Fact #0251' Windemere Woods EAW and Resolution #89-04-84; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 and recommended acceptance of the concept park plan for Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and Windemere Woods Additions to include both land and cash to satisfy the park dedication requirement; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 27, 1988 and approved the preliminary plat for Windemere Woods Addition as per the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation of September 19, 1988 and DNR review of the revised plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the Windemere Woods Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes/ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~ day of ,1991.
