POSE OF ALLOCATING FUNDS RZCEi-~ED A.9 REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN ELECTION COBTS WHERF. A~, the City applied to Anoka County for reimbursement of costs incurred for the County Commissioner Special Election held March 12 of this year; and WHEREAS, the City incurred personal service and supply costs for which reimbursement has been received in the amount of $3,433.00; and WHEREA~, the City's 1991 budgeted revenue and expenditures should be increased to recognize this reimbursement and expenditure; and WHEREA~, this budget amendment does not increase or decrease the City's total 1991 General Fund Budget. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, BTATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Finance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter this Budget Amendment #4 to the City of Ramsey's Financial Systems to cause the following budget amendment to be reflected in the City's financial records: Increase Account Number: Budget Account Description: (Decrease) 101-33699 101-41XXX-001141 Revenue -Special Election Election Personal Services Expend $3,433.00 $3,433.00 The motion for adoption Councilmember in favor thereof: of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted and the following voted against same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day of October, 1991 ATTEST: Mayor City Administrator
