POSE OF ALLOCATING FUNDS RZCEi-~ED <br /> A.9 REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN ELECTION COBTS <br /> <br /> WHERF. A~, the City applied to Anoka County for reimbursement of costs incurred <br />for the County Commissioner Special Election held March 12 of this year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City incurred personal service and supply costs for which <br />reimbursement has been received in the amount of $3,433.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, the City's 1991 budgeted revenue and expenditures should be <br />increased to recognize this reimbursement and expenditure; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, this budget amendment does not increase or decrease the City's total <br />1991 General Fund Budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~AMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, BTATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Finance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter this <br />Budget Amendment #4 to the City of Ramsey's Financial Systems to cause the <br />following budget amendment to be reflected in the City's financial records: <br /> Increase <br /> Account Number: Budget Account Description: (Decrease) <br /> <br />101-33699 <br />101-41XXX-001141 <br /> <br />Revenue -Special Election <br />Election Personal Services Expend <br /> <br />$3,433.00 <br />$3,433.00 <br /> <br />The motion for adoption <br />Councilmember <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 8th day of October, 1991 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
