Councilmen~er <br />and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHAR~ES FOR PROCESSING COSTS - <br /> RAMSEY CITY CODE CHAPTER 9 - VACATION OF AN EASEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 9, Section 9.03.02 (Processing Costs), <br />Subdivision 1. (Costs) states that all processing costs incurred by the City <br />shall be paid by the applicant, and these costs shall include but not be <br />limited to: <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Professional consulting services as directed by the Zoning <br />Administrator, the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Council, <br />Copying charges, <br />City Staff involvement <br />Public hearing publications <br />Written notice to adjacent pro~rty owners, or <br />Any other cost necessary to process the applicant's request. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular council meeting of September 24, 1991, <br />Resolution ~91-09-217 was adopted setting fees and charges for processing <br />costs of Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 land use activities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Vacation of an Easement was omitted from the listing of land <br />use activities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was the direction of Council to establish a fee and escrow <br />amount for all activities within Ramsey City Code Chapter 9; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council directed that the Processing Cost Fees and Charges <br />contained herein become effective for applications received on or after <br />Wednesday, September 25, 1991. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That fee and escrow amounts for Vacation of an Easement shall be charged <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Non-refundable <br />Application Fee <br /> <br />Minimum Escrow <br /> <br />Vacation of an Easement <br /> <br />$50.00 $500.00 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the rates for charging other processing costs shall be charged <br />as follows: <br /> <br />a. Professional consulting services At City cost <br />b.
