I ,I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I Counciln~mber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g)l- 10- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE HUNTER'S RIDGE P.U.D. WHEREAS, Irv Carr, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on October 12, 1989, the City. received application and sketch plan from Irv Carr for Cart Addition P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 and November 9, 1989 and recommended that land or combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 6, 1989, and conducted a public hearing on Carr AdditiOn P.U.D. and on December 4, 1989 recommended preliminary plat approval of Can' Addition P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the preliminary plat for Can' Addition P.U.D. as per the City Engineer's review dated October 31, 1989, Park and Recreation Commission recommendations dated October 12~and November 9, 1989, returning the P.U.D. to Planning and Zoning Commission for a pre-final plat review; and WHEREAS, in April, 1990, the developer filed for final plat approval and changed the name of the proposed plat from Can' Addition to Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning conducted a pre-f'mal plat review on Ma3' 7, 1991 and recommended final plat approval of Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, on June 11, 1991, the Ramsey city Council granted final plat approval to Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, on August 13, 1991, at the request of Irv Carr and Gerald Bauer, the City granted a revised preliminary plat approval of Hunter's Ridge for a revision to street alignment; and WHEREAS, on September 10, 1991, Gerald Bauer assumed the role as developer of Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, on October 8, 1991, the City Council rescinded Resolution g91-06-139 granting final plat approval to Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.
