BUAER, husband and wife, whose address is 6131 Green Valley <br />Road, Ramsey, Minnesota, and ROBERT D. LONGFIELD AND KIM A. LONGFIELD, <br />husband and wife, whose address is 5731 170th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota ("the <br />DEVELOPERS"). <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPERS are the fee owners of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Hunter's Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 11, 1991, pursuant to Resolution 91-06-139, the CITY approved <br />the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as HUNTER'S RIDGE (the "Plat") <br />contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPERS and CITY entering into this <br />contract; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 13, 1991, the CITY approved a revised preliminary plat for <br />Hunter's Ridge based on necessary revisions to the street layout in the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 1991, the CITY rescinded Resolution 91-06-139 and adopted <br />Resolution 91-10-~ granting a revised final plat approval to Hunter's Ridge; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the City Code escrow <br />requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPERS; and <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. <br />HUNTERS RIDGE ADDITION <br />Page i of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
