I I I I I I I Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION //91-10- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR ALLIED BLACKTOP COMPANY (PROJECT//90-29 IMPROVEMENTS TO RIVER'S BEND PARK) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project by adoption of Resolution 91-05-102 on May 14, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved awarding of the bid to Allied Blacktop Company for the improvements to River's Bend Park; and WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of 81,846.50. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Allied Blacktop Company for the improvements to River's Bend Park in the amount of 91,846.50. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) 91-10- That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution approving payment of bills for the month of October, 1991. 4) That this project is funded from 1990 CDBG funds. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
