adoption' I RESOLUTION /191-10- m RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR DIVERSIFIED PAVING, INC. (PROJECT #90-29 IMPROVEMENTS TO RIVER'S BEND PARK) m WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project by adoption of Resolution 91-05-102 on May 14, 1991; and m WHEREAS, Diversified Paving, Inc. completed work items which were to be completed under the award; and I m WHEREAS, the total amount of the project is less than the award amount; and WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Diversified Paving, Inc. in the amount of $860.00. m NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: m 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Diversified Paving, Inc. for the improvements to River's Bend Park in the amount of $860.00. m 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. m 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution 91-10-_ approving payment of bills for the month of October, 1991. I I I 4) That this project is funded from 1990 CDBG funds. 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: m m m and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~l~-day of October, 1991.
