CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />ADOLFSON AND PETERSON, INC. <br />29-32-25-11-0004 <br /> <br />On October 22, 1991, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Adolfson <br />and Peterson, Inc. ("Permittee") to construct a 5,250 square foot cold storage warehouse <br />("Structure") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with Sheet 2 and 3 of 3 <br /> prepared by John Weicht and Associates and dated September 17, I991. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (1) sheet dated <br />received by the City on October 10, 1991, prepared by John Weicht and Asspcoates. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Fifty (50) foot bituminous driveway connecting with County Road #83; <br />Screening to consist of coniferous trees along the north and east boundaries of the <br />parcel; <br />Fire lanes. <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />ACCESS. At the time Industry Avenue is extended and improved along the northern <br />boundary of the Site, the Permittee shall be responsible for paving and curbing the accesses <br />to the Site from said Industry Avenue. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect <br />light away from County Road #83. <br /> <br />8. SIGNS. Signs erected on the property shall be in conformance with City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
