Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resoluuon and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-I1- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT a <br />BLOCK 1, HAUSER ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 1990, the Ramsey City Council approved ADH, Inc.'s site <br />plan for a 4,000 square foot off-sale liquor store on the property which is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the site plan development permit required that the site improvements be <br />completed by October 31, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for <br />this district since site plan approval. The City received a letter from Lyle Heger, ADH, Inc., dated <br />October 28, 1991, requesting a one year extension to the site plan improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the site plan approval for ADH, Inc. on Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition is hereby <br /> granted a one year extension to October 31, 1992 subject to the owners of the proposed <br /> liquor store qualifying for an off-saie liquor license. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of ,1991. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
