10. ii. CITY OF RAMSEY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES For Park/Facilit3 Use Permits are valid only for the date, time. and place specified on them and must be in the users possession for v~ification. Ail Ramsey City Parks must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. unless posted otherwise. The Parks Department reserves the right to regulate and control the size of the group or organization using the park faciliD'. Also, the City may require the user to furnish a certificate confn'nnng liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $50,000 - $300,000 bodily injury and ~25,000 property. All groups/organizations using park facilities shall provide an adult supervisor who shall remain with the group during ail activities and be responsible for the groups conformance to all rules, regulations and policies. Thc supervisor must be identified on the permit When a key is needed for lights or entrance into a reserved facihty, the applicant may obtain the kev from City. Hall. The permit will be authorization to secure said key. The key CANIqOT be transferred to another user, individual, or group under anv circumstances. It MUST be returned to City Hall within two (2) business days of completion of the event. Failure to do so will subject the permit holder to a fine in the amount of ~ and forfeiture of the privilege to use a park faciliB, until paid. Sn'uctures and equipment shall not be altered or moved from one area to another unless specifically authorized on the permit. Extra or unusual services for programs or activities mu st be identified in the permit. All permit holders are responsible for repaying, in full, any and all damages to an), equipment or facilities used during me rental period. The CiD' will not be responsible for losses of personal propem.., by individuals or groups. No motorized vehicles or machines are allowed in or upon any CiD, park unless a permit has been approved and issued by the Parks Department authorizing such and so displayed on the vehicle(s) in clear sight of the Police Depmtment. All other vehicles must park in designated areas or roadway where spec/ileal]y perm/neck Refunds will be given 0nty if cancellation is made no less than two weeks prior to the reserved date of the permit. Tne CiD, reserves the right to bill the Fem'Lit hoiderts) if the perrnit holder is insufficient in cleaning up after their event or usage. As a general nile: B. C. D.
