The requirements include a certificate <br />confn'rning liability insurance in thc minimum amounts of $50,000 - $300,000 <br />bodily injury and $25,000 property. The City shall be named as an additional <br />insured. <br /> <br />All Ramsey City Parks must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. unless specified otherwise. <br /> <br />All groups arc responsible for the cost of all damages to any equipment or facilities <br />used during the rental period. The City will not be responsible for losses of <br />personal property by individuals or groups. ., <br /> <br />No motorized vehicles or machines are allowed in or upon any City park unless <br />specifically authorized by the Park Depamnent. Permits must be displayed on the <br />vehicle(s) - in clear sight of the Police Department. All other vehicles must park in <br />designated area or roadway where permitted. <br /> <br />Permits are valid only for the rta, e. time, and place specified on them and must be in <br />thc users possession for verification ff needed. <br /> <br />When a key is needed for lights or entrance into a reserved faciliry, the applicant <br />ma)' obtain the key from CiD' Hall with the permit. The key CANNOT be <br />n-ansferrcd to another user, individual, or group under any circumstances. It <br />MUST be returned mediately after the event or time allowed is completed. <br />Failure to return the key within two (2) business days of permit expiration will <br />subject the permit holder to a fine in the amount of $15.00 plus the cost to rekey the <br />faciliw and forfeiture of the privilege to use a park facility until paid. <br /> <br />Indoor permits will be issued for a maximum period of four (4) hours unless an <br />extension is authorized by the Park Depa.r[inent. The user must relinquish the <br />fac-ihw bv the time specified on the pcrrmt- <br /> <br />Outdoor permits will be issued only for the event and the rime it reasonably rakes to <br />complete said event as specified by the Park Deparrrnent. <br /> <br />Structures and equipment shall not be altered or moved from one area to another <br />unless specifically mentioned on the permit and by or under the direct supervision <br />of s Cit)' employee. Extra or unusual services for proga-~rn; or activities must be <br />identified in the permit_ <br /> <br />Ail groups/organizations using park facihties shall provide an adult supervisor who <br />shall remain with the group during all activities and be responsible for the groups <br />conformance to all appropriate rules, regulations and policies.
