The sponsor of the tournament shall sign a statement accepting responsibility for operating the tournament in accordance with these policies and be financially responsible for guarameeing payment of any and all expenses for said tournament including reduired det>osits and us~ f~s as well as ~ for services and ~ provided bv the City; licensin_~ fees: and pa_vment of damages, in full, resulting from theft or vandalism to any equipment or ~acilitics dunng the rental period. The Park Department reserves the right to close a tournament with forfeit of all monies at the time if any of the set policies am not adhered to or if any problems occur in the areas of fightin~, abusive language, or harassment of residents. No games will start before 8:00 a.m. on any day of the tournament. Failure to comply with this will constitute grounds for tournament forfeiture. All lights will be off at 10:00 p.m. unless permission has been granted by the Park or Police Department (this only in an emergency). The City will order additional portable toilets and service of them at the sponsor's expense, ff it is deemed necessm'9, by the Park Depam'nent. All usaee fees must bepaid within one (13 week after approval by the Park If it is requested that the City provide maintenance services before or during the course of a tournament, such services will be charged at rates detailed in the Citfs Schedule of Fees and Charges. These services will be provided based on employee availability and at the sole discretion of the Park Depam'.ent. Ail rakes, shovels, brooms, hoses and nozzles must be provided by the sponsor group. No vehicles will be allowed to drag the field without a permit displayed on the vehicle in clear site of the Police Depm t,.ent. The fees for tournaments: Use of a field per event = 5150.00 The CiD' cannot guarantee that a pavihon, building, or shelter will be available to the sponsor, ff available, the sponsor may reouest one indoor/ou~oor faciliw use permit and pa}' fees applicable under that policy. Also, the Cirv will .allow said indoor/outdoor permit to extend the time ten~ah to one day. At the conclusion of the tom-nament- any and all additional fees and charges shall b~ paid to the Cim.' within one (1) week afmr date of billing. Additional f~s include: 1.
