Spoehn An 80 foot wide strip of land for right-of-way purposes the centerline of said strip of land is as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of said Outlot A with a line 390.00 feet northeasterly, as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the northerly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence on an assumed bearing of North 65 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West, parallel to said northerly right-of-way, a distance of 597.91 feet, thence northwesterly along a tangential curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 1219.73 feet, a central angle of 18 degrees 37 minutes 26 seconds, a distance of 396.47 feet; thence North 47 degrees 09 minutes 24 seconds West, tangent to last said curve, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence westerly along a tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 510.35 feet, a central angle of 42 degrees 47 minutes 56 seconds a distance of 381.22 feet; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West, tangent to last said curve, a distance of 350.00 feet to the east right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Boulevard, and said centerline there te~xninating. A 40 foot permanent easement for utility purposes described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, intersecting with the west line of the east 10 rods of said Northwest Quarter; thence northerly along the west line of the east 10 rods to a point 350 feet from the Burlington Northern north right-of-way boundary as measured at a right angle to northerly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northeasterly along a line 350 feet northeasterly of and parallel to the northerly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad to a point 40 feet west of the west line of the east 10 rods of said Northwest Quarter; thence southerly along a line parallel to the eastern line of said Quarter section to a point intersecting with the southern tine of said Quarter section; thence easterly along the southern line of said Quarter section a distance of 40 feet to the point of beginning.
