The following are the changes that are reflected in this revised schedule: Added: Business Irrigation (lawn sprinkler) contractor $25.00 Septic system installer $25.00 Septic system pumper $25.00 Swimming pool contractor $25.00 (Although the State has taken over the licensing of general contractors and the City is collecting only a $5.00 license verification fee, the State has also provided that cities may continue to license certain types of contracting. Our Building Official has recommended that Council adopt the above fees for these contractors, as well as those that were previously listed on the Rates and Charges Schedule that was included with your agenda - concrete, masonry and mechanical.)
