Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION //91-1 2- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR LANDWEHR HEAVY MOVING, INC. (PROJECT 91-13) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on October 22, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution//91-12- awarding the bid to Landwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 91-1 3. WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Landwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. in the amount of $60,410.50. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Landwehr Heavy Moving, inc. for the construction of improvement Project 91-13 in the amount of $60,410.50. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #91-12- _. approving payment of the bills for the month of December, 1991. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption Councilmember voted in favor thereof: of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 17th day of December, 1991.
