UPDATED 12/17/91 <br />CASE # ! <br /> <br /> Series 1992A and 1992B Bond Issues <br />By: Sandra Ashley Helling, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Since the agenda for this meeting was prepared, staff has had the opportunity to <br />discuss the bonding recommendations in detail with Mr. Thistle. This evening he will <br />also be presenting comparative information that summarizes the City's bonding <br />alternatives for the Wood Pond Projects. <br /> <br />In addition, this morning we received the resolutions providing for implementation of <br />these recommendations. The resolutions were prepared by Holmes and Graven, the <br />City's bond counsel. <br /> <br />Attached: <br /> <br />Resolution Providing for the Issuance and Sale of $1,525,000 General Obligation <br />Temporary Bonds, Series 1992A <br /> <br />Resolution Providing for the Issuance and Sale of $620,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 1992B <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is in agreement with the recommendations of Springsted, Inc. and recommends <br />Council adopt the resolutions attached hereto. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt/not adopt Resolution 91-12-XX, a Resolution Providing for the <br />Issuance and Sale of $1,525,000 General Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds, <br />Series 1992A <br />and <br /> <br />Motion to adopt/not adopt Resolution 91-12-XX, a Resolution Providing for the <br />Issuance and Sale of $620,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series I992B <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Finance Officer <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />022 12/10/91 <br /> <br /> <br />
