FRONT <br /> <br /> VARIANCE <br />YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> PIN 28-32-25-33-0011 <br />7944 142nd AVENUE N.W. <br /> 5/16/91 <br /> <br />On May 23, 1991, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Chapter 9.11.02 <br />Subd. 7 of the Ramsey City Code to permit Patrick Boedigheimer to construct an accessory <br />structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure which is permitted by City Code. <br />The subject property is generally known as 7944 - 142nd Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4 Block 3 Alpaca Estates <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Chapter 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The accessory structure to be constructed on the property shall be placed a <br />minimum of 275 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />The accessory structure to be constructed on the property shall be of the same <br />materials and appearance as the principal structure. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall not exceed the-sq~re. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be used for private and/or personal needs and <br />not for commercial purposes. <br /> <br />Patrick Boedigheimer hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he has reviewed the <br />conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Patrick Boedigheimer <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> ) SS. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br />On this~ day of , 1991, before me a Notary Public, personally <br />appeared , to me known to be the person described in and <br />who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that he/she executed the same as his/her <br />free act and deed. <br /> <br />Notary Public <br /> <br /> <br />
