NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on <br />Thursday, May 23, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Tim and Brenda Smith for a variance <br />from the 200 foot street frontage requirement on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of the north 471.50 feet thereof, and <br />lying west of the east 1100.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for a variance. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
