VARIANCE <br />STREET FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS <br />PIN 10-32-25-11-0001 <br />5/16/91 <br /> <br />On May 23, 1991, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Chapter 9 02 of the <br />Ramsey City Code to permit Tim and Brenda Smith to construct on a lot with less than 200 feet of <br />frontage on a street which is permitted by City Code. The subject property is generally known as <br />PIN 10-32-25-11-0001 and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of the North 471.50 feet <br />thereof, and lying west of the East 11130.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Chapter 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City <br />Code.
