CASE # 3 <br /> <br />City of Ramsey Schedule of Rates and Charges <br />By: Sandra Ashley Helling, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The attached Schedule of Rates and Charges details the City of Ramsey's 1989 <br />and 1990 Rates and Charges and the 1991 rates for the following cities: <br /> <br />A n o k a Elk River <br />Andover Ham Lake <br />Blaine Coon Rapids <br /> <br />At the Council meeting of May 28, 1991 the Council adopted an Ordinance <br />Amending Chapter 7 of the City Code By Permitting Licensing Fees to Be Set By <br />Council Resolution. As was discussed at that time, a resolution should be <br />adopted at the June 25, 1991 council meeting to set the specific fees for licenses <br />required by Chapter 7 of the City Code. A copy of the sample resolution <br />prepared by our City Attorney is attached for review. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Review of the fees for licenses required by Chapter 7 is a top priority to assure <br />fees are in place at the time code is amended.
