l. Permits arc valid only for the date, time, and place specified on them and must be users <br /> possession for vcfification if needed. <br /> <br />2. All Ramsey City Parks must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. unless posted differently. <br /> <br />The Parks Department reserves the right to regulate and control the size of the size of the <br />group or organization using the park facility. Also, ff it is deemed necessary and within the <br />best interest of the City of Ramsey for its protection,, The City may require the user to <br />furnish a certificate conf'm-ning liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $50,000 - <br />$300,000 bodily injury and $25,000 property. <br /> <br />All groups/organizations using park facilities shall provide an adult supervisor who shall <br />remain with the group during all activities and be responsible for the groups conformance <br />to all appropriate rules, regulations and policies. The supervisor will be identified on the <br />permit if the person is not the user. <br /> <br />When a key is needed for lights or entrance into a reserved facihty, the applicant may obtain <br />the key from City Hall. The permit you receive will be your authorization to secure said <br />key. This key CANNOT be transferred to another user, individual, or group under any <br />circumstances. It MUST be returned to City Hall immediately after the event or time <br />allowed is completed. Failure to return the key within two business days of permit <br />expiration will subject the permit holder to a fine in the amount of $25.00 and forfeiture of <br />the privilege to use a park facility until paid. <br /> <br />Structures and equipment shall not be altered or moved from one area to another unless <br />specifically mentioned on the permit and by or under the direct supervision of a City <br />employee. Extra or unusual services for programs or activities must be identified in the <br />permit. <br /> <br />All groups are responsible for repaying, in full, any and ail damages resulting from theft or <br />vandalism to any equipment or facilities used during the rental period. The Ci~, will not be <br />responsible for losses of personal property by individuals or groups when Park and <br />Recreation facilities are being used for a permit activity. <br /> <br />No motorized vehicles or machines are allowed in or upon any City park unless a permit <br />has been approved and issued by the Parks Department and so displayed on the vehicle(s) - <br />in clear sight of the Police Deparmaent. All other vehicles must park in designated areas or <br />roadway where permitted. Parking violation fines may be issued by the Police Department <br />if this policy is disregarded. <br /> <br />Refunds will be given only if cancellation is made no less than two weeks prior to the <br />reserved date of the permit. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />There will be no clean-up deposits made; however, the CiLv reserves the right to bill the <br />permit holder(s) if the permit holder is insufficient in cleaning up after their event or usage. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br /> As a general rule: <br />A. The use of glass containers is prohibited. <br />B. Please clean up the premises and place your liner in containers provided. <br />C. Please shut off all lights and lock up the facility upon completion of the event. <br />D. Users are required to remove ali materials, equipment, and furnishings privately <br /> owned by them after using the faciliry. <br />E.
