<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-01-026 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOWING RESTRICTIONS ON FUTURE PLATTING IN LIEU OF <br />REVISED FINAL PLAT FOR SEASONS OF RAMSEY FOR INDIVIDUAL UNITS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />The Seasons of Ramsey Limited Partnership, hereinafter referred to as <br />“Applicant”, has properly requested a declaration of restrictive covenants in lieu of the agreed <br />future, revised final plat for individual units related to Seasons of Ramsey on the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 13, inclusive, Block 1, SEASONS OF RAMSEY, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />(the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on November 7, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from the Applicant for a plat to be named Seasons of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on December 6, 2012, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan <br />and recommended that the Applicant proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on December 27, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary and final plat from the Applicant for a plat to be named Seasons of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on January 31, 2013, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Seasons of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on February 12, 2013, the City Council reviewed the preliminary and final <br />plat for Seasons of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Development Agreement for the Plat required a revised Final Plat upon <br />completion of the project in which each individual unit would be subdivided individually; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the true impetus of a single, individual water service for each individual unit <br />has been achieved, regardless of any future subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the project is already deed restricted for single ownership over the entire <br />project, and individual units cannot be sold separately. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants <br />in lieu of a revised final plat for Seasons of Ramsey.
