Section 1. The Board of Commissioners hereby determines that the sale is advisable; approves the Agreements and the various documents and agreements referred to therein and attached as Exhibits thereto in substantially the forms submitted; authorizes the disposition of the property pursuant to the Agreements and authorizes and directs the Chairperson and Executive Director, or Deputy Executive Director to execute the Agreements and the various documents and agreements referred to therein and attached as Exhibits thereto, and any other documents necessary to carry out the terms of such Agreements and documents on behalf of the Authority. Section 2. The decision to sell the property is placed on the records of the Authority as of the date hereof. Section 3. The approval hereby given to the Agreements includes approval of such additional details therein as may be necessary and appropriate and such modifications thereof, deletions therefrom and additions thereto as may be necessary and appropriate and approved by the Authority officials authorized by this resolution to execute the Agreements and to execute such deed, notes, closing statements and other such documents as may be necessary to complete the sale of the property to the Developer. The execution of the Agreements by the appropriate officer or officers of the Authority shall be conclusive evidence of the approval of the Agreements in accordance with the terms hereof.
