<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #14-01-008 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH BEARENCE MANAGEMENT <br />GROUP (FORMERLY T.C. FIELD & COMPANY) FOR AGENT OF RECORD <br />SERVICES FOR PROPERTY, CASUALTY, AND WORKERS COMPENSATION <br />INSURANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Bearence Management Group has requested contract renewal for agent of <br /> <br />records services for property/casualty/workers compensation for the years 2014-2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the current fee for these services is $6,200; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the fee proposed is to remain constant at $6,200 for years 2014-2018. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes contract renewal with Bearence <br />Management Group for agent of record services for 2014-2018; with the fee of $6,200 <br />annually. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> <br /> <br />
