A <br />Y <br />Summary: The EDA briefly discussed the concept of an indoor shooting range at the Subject <br />Property following the submittal by Total Defense of a request for an informal policy discussion, as <br />the proposed use required an amendment to the City's Zoning Code to allow within the B-1 General <br />Business District. The policy discussion was to be held with the Planning Commission on January 31, <br />2013. A potential recycling warehouse use was also discussed as proposed by Triangle Recycling. This <br />was provided as an update to the EDA, as exact details on the proposed use were not yet available. <br />Without all the facts available at that time, the EDA was unable to determine how the proposed use <br />would fit or would be compatible with surrounding uses.
