2. That the vacation of easement does not become effective until said plat, COR THREE is filed and <br />recorded with the Anoka County Recorder and includes the necessary drainage and utility <br />easements as indicated on the Plat prepared by Hakanson Anderson, Associates dated January 10, <br />2014. <br />3.
