It is owned by PSD, LLC. The building cost is estimated at $55 -60/ sq. ft. <br />A Google Map view shows the property, accessible today, just south of a large master - planned development <br />known as The COR. As you can see by browsing, workers of this business will have direct access to HWY 10/169 <br />as well as the Northstar Commuter Rail via Ramsey's new rail station— transporting folks from Minneapolis to <br />Big Lake. Employees will find value in their transit options, over 1900 acres of parks to enjoy in their time off, a <br />beautiful variety of housing options (transit oriented living, acreages, suburban lots, and more), and a stable and <br />citizen focused local government. The City of Ramsey's growth is showcased by a 27% gain in population over <br />the past decade. Business is thriving, as indicated by numerous expansions by Cullinan Rigging, Molin Concrete, <br />Diamond Graphics, B &F Fastener, and others. We're not just saying it— the community shows itself as a great <br />place for your business. <br />The building and site were recently drawn up to accommodate a large user. The building is sized at 150,000 <br />square feet with an addition of 30,000 square feet of office.
