The COR is a mixed -use development that is home to the Northstar Commuter Rail —
Ramsey Station.
The Development Plan for The COR includes a future lake feature anticipated to include both active
and passive recreational opportunities as well as small -scale private development. The City is
looking for your help in discussing potential improvements and amenities of this area of The COR.
What recreation opportunities should be studied further? What adjacent uses would help
compliment this feature? Your input is important as we begin the first stages of this small area
planning and design.
Thursday, March 13, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. Ramsey Municipal Center, Alexander Ramsey Room For
more information, please visit: www.cityoframsey.com /LakeRamsey
Contact: Mark Riverblood, Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent at
mriverblood @ci.ramsey.mn.us or 763 - 433 -9853.
(19) Builder /Developer Networking Event
On January 29, 2014, the City hosted a successful Builder Networking Event for local contractors
and builders, the first of this format hosted by Ramsey.
