Commissioner Deemer noted that the Planning and Zoning Commission based its recommendation <br />for a I000' distanc~ requiren~nt on an adult use report that indicated that where there are two adult <br />uses within 1000' of each other, the crime rate is eleven times greater. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to introduce <br />Ordinance No. 9~X to amend the City of Ramsey's zoning chapter with the adult use distance <br />requirement being modified to 1000' and clarifying the issue of exterior storage with the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmcmbers Pearson and Peterson. Voting <br />No: None.
