CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, <br />December 5, 1990, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councllmember Richard Clch <br />Councllmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councllmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Counct]member-Elect She]ia Beyer <br />Councllmember-Elect Glen Hardin <br />City Ac~ninistrator David Hartley <br />Po]ice Chief Mike Auspos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Deputy Mayor Peterson called the Special City Council meeting to <br />order at 6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Deputy Mayor Peterson noted the purpose of the meeting is to bring <br />the Couni]memDers-E]ect up to date on certain Issues in the City. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION AND UPDATE ON ~9gl BUDGET <br /> <br />Deputy Mayor Peterson pointed out the question is how much of a <br />change in revenues will there be ]n the 1991 budget because of a <br />reduction in Dui]ding permits and possible cuts in Local Government <br />Aid from the State. It was his feeling that the Council wi]] need <br />to De updated monthly to determine the status of the budget. <br />Counci]member-Elect Beyer felt it is important to keep an eye on <br />the City's expenses and wanted to see year-to-~ate expenditures and <br />revenues on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ON CI .T?
