Sign requirements in planned unit development areas would be controlled by the council when the development is planned. 9.12.12 Permit~. Before a sign may be displayed in the City of lqamsey, the owner of the premises on which the sign is located shall file application with the zoning officer for permission to display such sign. Permits are required for all existing, new, relocated, modified or redesigned signs, except those specifically exempt under §9.12.6C. Subdivixion 1. Application. a. Application for permits shall be made upon blanks provided by the zoning officer and shall state or have attached thereto the following information: 1. 2. Name, address and telephone n~mber of applicant; Location of building, structure or lot to which, or upon which, the sign is to be at~ched or erected; 3. Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relahon to the nearest buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and proper;5' lines. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale"; 4. Two blueprints or ink drawings of the plans and specifications, and method of construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and dezaiis of any light shields or shades; 5.
