USED CAR SALES <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Incubator for small business <br />We are interested in purchasing the property adjacent to our property at 7820 <br />Riverdale Dr NW. Our current property was just opened last year. The new <br />property is at 7850 Riverdale Dr NW. This property currently consists of 5 business <br />condo units. We would be purchasing four, 1,3,4,5. These units have been vacant for <br />several years. <br />This new property at 7850 Riverdale Dr would work well with our business plan of <br />small used car dealer offices, that we utilized at 7820 Riverdale Dr. We propose to <br />initially put in 7 dealer offices and then add additional ones as needed until bldg is <br />fully occupied. <br />Our site at 7820 Riverdale Dr is currently fully occupied and is working quite well. <br />If approved we would be constructing additional parking at the 1.6 acre 7820 <br />Riverdale Dr location to go with the 7850 Riverdale Bldg. We would like to tie the <br />two properties together to maximize parking potential. At the 7850 Riverdale Dr <br />bldg we would need 5 spaces per office, one for occupant, one for their customer <br />and three for vehicle display. <br />The property at 7850 Riverdale Dr is basically surrounded by similar business's. <br />There are two RV sales dealers and several Used car dealers .
