to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday; and #9) Based on Findings of Fact #19, City Council shall review the <br />conditional use permit in a two-year period to determine the present effect of the permit on the <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve Mr. <br />David Pehlke's request for a conditional use permit, as amended, to maintain a two-ton commercial <br />vehicle on the property at 5566 - 152nd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: Ramsey Resident Format Change <br /> <br />Claudia Dodge was present and stated that as of January 1, 1991, the City of Ramsey and Ramsey <br />Community Education are cooperating in the editing, assembling and distribution of the Ramsey <br />Resident. She stated she is proposing that the format be changed to resemble the Andover City <br />Newsletter. She added that this will not result in any additional cost to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />revised format for the Ramsey Resident Newsletter. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request to Purchase a Pick-up Truck for the Public Works <br /> Department <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson summarized that on January 8,1991, City Council approved advertising for bids <br />for a 1/2 ton 4 x 4 pick-up truck for the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Sandra Ashley asked the City Council to delay action on all non-essential items until the impact of <br />proposed local government aid cuts are known. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankows'ki suggested that until the budget cuts are known, the 1980 Chevrolet Malibu, <br />previously declared as surplus property, could be pulled from the surplus list and given to the <br />Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded bv Councilmember Peterson to table the purchase of <br />a pick-up truck for the Public Works Department and to remove the 1980 Chevrolet Malibu from <br />the surplus property' list and ~ve this vehicle to the Public Works Department to use. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers C/ch, Peterson, Beyer and <br />Hard/ri. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Street Lighting Policy <br /> <br />Mr. Jankows -k_i stated it would be the purpose of this policy to provide a rational basis for the <br />location, type and method of financing of municipal street lighting within the City. <br /> <br />Ellen Stanley, 5670 - 150th Lane N.W., Ramsev - stated she was present at a Council meeting in <br />Jul3', 1990 when the street lighting policy was discussed. She stated she brought in a petition at <br />that time signed by her neighbors requesting a street light that would illuminate the crosswalk by <br />Ramsev. Elementary School. She stated she had with her tonight, a letter from Mr. Paul <br />R,..~fenb~r_e,.
