CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 199] at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator/Finance Officer S andra Ashley Helling <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Merland Otto, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson adjourned the meeting at 7:09 p.m. to conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br /> <br />4) <br />5) <br />6) <br /> <br />Improvement Project ~)1-02 - S ealcoating Flintwood I-Iills Addition <br />Improvement Project 0:91-03 - Sealcoating Rum River Acres Estates 1 st and 2nd Additions <br />Improvement Project #91-04 - Sealcoating Reilley Estates 1st, 2nd and 3rd Add/tions <br />Improvement Project ~u:)1-05 - Sealcoating Forest Hideaway Addition <br />Improvement Project :hr91-06 - Sealcoating Woocllawn Estates Addition <br />Improvement Project ~91-07 - Sealcoating part of Section 11 <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the meeting back to order at 8:07 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Wayne Johnson requested to be added on to the agenda to discuss the concept of a toll bridge <br />across the Mississippi River. <br /> <br />Motion bv Councilmember Peterson and seconded bx.' Councilmember Hardin to add Mr. <br />Johnson's case to the agenda between Case #5 and #6. <br /> <br />Ix4otion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the agenda <br />with the addition of Mr. Johnson's case. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
