Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to direct City Staff to <br />contact the City of Dayton to an'ange a meeting with Dayton City Council regarding this toll bridge <br />concept. Mr. Johnsor~ and Mr. Klusak would also be invited to attend. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson. Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Comprehensive Sewer Plan Update <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski presented the Comprehensive Sewer Plan ,update. He explained that the <br />plan is proposing to increase current trunk charges from $421/REC to $458/REC in the 1991 list of <br />rates and charges. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councitmember Hardin to approve the <br />Comprehensive Sewer Plan amendment and direct City Staff to submit it to MC and MWCC. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin -tO approve <br />increasing the sanitary sewer charges from $421/REC to $458/REC in the 1991 list of rates and <br />charges. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: City of Ramsey Volunteer(s) of the Year <br /> <br />Mrs. Helling stated that the City of Ramsey named two persons as volunteers of the year for 1990. <br />She suggested forming a subcommittee to receive and review applicants if the Council wished to <br />participate in that program again in 1991. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to appoint <br />Councilmember Cich, Mayor Gilbertson and Administrative Services Coordinator Penny Ott to be <br />members of the Volunteer(s) of the Year Su~ommittee. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson, Cich and <br />Harckin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Presentation of the Lower Rum River Water Management <br /> Organization Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski presented the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization Plan which was <br />approved by the Board of Soil and Water Resources. He stated there is a meeting scheduled for <br />April 11, with all member cities and their Council's This meeting will ~ve more of an in-depth <br />description of what the V~¢,IO is and stated that it would be very informational. He explained the <br />implementation plan. <br /> <br />Motion bv Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to accept and file Final <br />Water Management Plan dated Februar3.,, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
