CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 03/11/2014 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 9. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #14-01-023 Granting Final Plat Approval of O'Shaugnessy Addition; Case of Tim O'Shaugnessy <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On the January 28, 2014, the City Council approved the O'Shaugnessy Addition, a one (1) lot minor subdivision. <br />The action was to approve Resolution # 14-01-023, however that Resolution was inadvertently not attached to the <br />case. The intent of this case is to affirm the adoption of the Resolution, which is now attached to this case. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required at this time. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The topic report from the January 28, 2014 City Council Meeting is incorporated by reference to this case. Please <br />refer to the January 28, 2014 City Council Case for detailed review.
