CC Work Session 2. 4. <br />Meeting Date: 02/25/2014 <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Strategic Planning Update <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: To give the Council an update on the Strategic Plan created in 2013. <br />Background: Early in 2013, the City Council and the City's Management Team spent several meetings developing <br />a three-year strategic action plan for the City of Ramsey. In January, 2014, the City's Management Team met to <br />determine where we are at with regard to the plan - asking the questions - are we on schedule - are we moving <br />forward - are we getting what we need to get the job done, and what tasks may need to be added. <br />Attached to this case is an updated Appendix E which includes the four Strategic Imperatives under which are listed <br />the strategic initiative, department, tactics, initiation date, completion date, additional resources required, additional <br />tools required, responsible party, and key outcome indicators/metrics. Staff reviewed the document line by line and <br />determined the status as well as made some amendments.
