HRA BUSINESS 5.01: Approve Real Estate Broker Services Contract with CBRE and Phase One Property Listing Assistant to the City Administrator Brama reviewed the terms of the Real Estate Broker Service Contract with CBRE, described the contents of the Contract, and Phase One Property Listing. Commissioner LeTourneau arrived at 9:43 p.m. Chairperson Backous opened the floor for comment. There being no comment offered, Chairperson Backous called for a motion. Motion by Commissioner Strommen, seconded by Commissioner Riley, to approve the Real Estate Broker Service Contract with CBRE and Phase One Property Listing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Backous, Commissioners Strommen, Riley, Johns, Kuzma, LeTourneau, and Tossey. Voting No: None. 6. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT HRA Executive Director LaFrance provided updates relating to the McDonald's Restaurant contract, Casey's Letter of Intent and development of a Purchase Agreement for future presentation, residential lot sales, North Commons lots, Letter of Intent for properties along Armstrong Boulevard for a convenience store use and the close of Sunfish Express. City Attorney Langel reported on staff's continued work to define the process to dissolve the HRA and transfer its assets. 7. COMMISSIONER INPUT Commissioner Tossey stated the HRA didn't move forward with the sale of lots to Trilogy Homes due to the high cost to the City to create a buildable lot. City Administrator Ulrich stated those properties are included with the Phase One Properties for CBRE. He explained why the price of those lots may need to be discounted to take into account the expensive improvements needed for development.
