HRA BUSINESS <br />5.01: Approve Real Estate Broker Services Contract with CBRE and Phase One Property <br />Listing <br />Assistant to the City Administrator Brama reviewed the terms of the Real Estate Broker Service <br />Contract with CBRE, described the contents of the Contract, and Phase One Property Listing. <br />Commissioner LeTourneau arrived at 9:43 p.m. <br />Chairperson Backous opened the floor for comment. There being no comment offered, <br />Chairperson Backous called for a motion. <br />Motion by Commissioner Strommen, seconded by Commissioner Riley, to approve the Real <br />Estate Broker Service Contract with CBRE and Phase One Property Listing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Backous, Commissioners Strommen, Riley, Johns, <br />Kuzma, LeTourneau, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />6. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />HRA Executive Director LaFrance provided updates relating to the McDonald's Restaurant <br />contract, Casey's Letter of Intent and development of a Purchase Agreement for future <br />presentation, residential lot sales, North Commons lots, Letter of Intent for properties along <br />Armstrong Boulevard for a convenience store use and the close of Sunfish Express. <br />City Attorney Langel reported on staff's continued work to define the process to dissolve the <br />HRA and transfer its assets. <br />7. COMMISSIONER INPUT <br />Commissioner Tossey stated the HRA didn't move forward with the sale of lots to Trilogy <br />Homes due to the high cost to the City to create a buildable lot. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated those properties are included with the Phase One Properties for <br />CBRE.
