Section II. Threshold Criteria <br />1. Will the Named TOD Area named in Section I focus on housing or jobs or both: <br />Housing Jobs Both <br />x <br />2. Will the following land use guidelines be in place at the time of application or within 36 <br />months from the date of award? <br />Local official controls applicable within the Named TOD Area named in Section I must be generally <br />consistent with direction given in the Metropolitan Council's Guide for Transit Oriented <br />Development. <br />a. Residential densities <br />At least 30 units/acre for rail OR 15 units/acre for <br />bus or commuter rail <br />b.
